Privacy notice

This notice explains what this website collects about you and why, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

• Page views - which pages of this site you visit.
• WhatsApp and call button clicks - when you tap a WhatsApp or Call button, and which page it was on.
• A GA4 client ID - an anonymous identifier your browser is assigned, used to distinguish one visit from another. It does not, by itself, identify you by name.
• If you message us on WhatsApp after tapping a button on this site, a short reference code is included in that message so we can match your enquiry back to the page you clicked from.

Why we collect it

To understand which pages visitors are interested in, measure how well this website connects visitors to our clinic, and respond to WhatsApp and call enquiries.

Cookies and local storage

We only load analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics) after you accept the consent banner shown on this site. Your accept/decline choice itself is stored in your browser's local storage, not sent to us. If you decline, no analytics tools load and no GA4 client ID is set.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Analytics data is processed by Google (Google Analytics/Tag Manager) under their own terms. WhatsApp messages are processed by Meta as the WhatsApp service provider.
